A laboratory built for the long collection.
Cards Authentication Lab (CAL) was founded in Dhaka with a singular mission: give Bangladeshi and South Asian collectors access to the same museum-grade authentication, condition analysis and digital certification standards that define collecting in Tokyo, New York and London.
Every card entering our lab is treated as a permanent artifact. Multi-point authentication precedes any grading. Centering, corners, edges and surface are measured independently, then the card is sealed inside a premium archival toploader with a tamper-evident CAL label — permanently linked to its digital certificate.
Provenance
Every submission is logged with tamper-evident chain-of-custody from drop-off to sealed toploader.
Precision
Four sub-grades on the CAL-10 scale, backed by calibrated instruments and controlled lighting.
Permanence
Immutable digital certificates that outlive marketplaces, listings and physical labels.
The CAL-10 scale.
A 10-point grading scale with independent sub-grades for centering, corners, edges and surface. Grades are documented, defended, and permanently attached to the certificate record.
